A refreshed Nimblr admin experience, rolling out during October.
What is the New Admin Portal?
The New Admin Portal is a redesigned version of the Nimblr admin experience. It is the same platform and the same data, presented with a cleaner layout, a new dashboard, more flexible reporting, and a long list of everyday improvements based on admin feedback.
When do I get it?
The New Admin Portal is rolling out in phases during October. Not every organization will receive it on the same day. You do not need to do anything to get it. You will see it when the rollout reaches your organization.
Can I keep using the old portal?
No. When the rollout reaches your organization, the New Admin Portal replaces the previous one. Everything you did before is still there, either in the same place or clearly signposted, and the in-app walkthrough tours will help you find anything that has moved.

Dashboard and reporting

A new organization dashboard.

Two new charts: average time to complete and top completers.

Choose which columns appear in your report tables.

Export any graph as a PNG.

Filter by time period and by group directly on the page you are viewing.
Everyday improvements

A floating save button that stays visible as you scroll.

Pages load with placeholder content instead of a blank screen.

Manage group settings in bulk, rather than one group at a time.

A confirmation step before a user is deleted.

Courses and simulations are now clearly clickable links.

A calmer sign-in, without a stack of pop-up notifications.

Email fields no longer insert stray dots or @ symbols, and no formatting is forced on what you type.

Which languages is the New Admin Portal available in?
English.
Does this change anything for my end users?
No. Courses, simulations, and the way training is sent all work exactly as before. This release changes the administrator interface, not what your employees receive.
Does this change how Awareness Level is calculated?
No. Awareness Level is calculated the same way as before.
Is any of my data affected?
No. Same organization, same users, same history, presented in a new interface.
Who can use the New Admin Portal?
Everyone, once the rollout reaches your organization. It is available to both direct customers and MSP partners, and it is included in the core Nimblr Product at no extra cost.
