Register your users in the portal by adding them one by one, importing a CSV file, or synchronizing users from Microsoft Entra ID or Google Directory (see separate guide for configuring users sync).
To manually add users one at a time, go to Users > Add Users > Add New User.
To upload a comma-separated text file (CSV), go to Users in the top menu and select Add Users > Add Users From File. The CSV file must use contain a header (column names) and use the formatting as in the example below.

A CSV file with users may be exported from e.g. Microsoft Entra ID or Google Cloud Directory.
