Nimblr's security solutions enable safer and more aware user behaviour. Using methods drawn from e.g. cognitive and educational sciences, we strive to provide knowledge about security risks and risk situations, to teach security-promoting behaviours and to correct risky behaviours.
Among other things, our users are taught a conscious and focused approach to handling, storing and transmitting data, and are given skills to help them recognise the signs of fraud attempts and to distinguish between high and low risk situations online.
In addition, they are given knowledge that is also relevant offline, such as secure password management and the handling of sensitive data. Course content, curriculum and simulations are adapted to the customer's needs and in interaction with the user, with the intention of being integrated into the user's normal workflow - so-called embedded learning. In addition, we offer knowledge retention Booster courses to consolidate and reinforce previously learned material.
If risky behaviours are committed, our users are alerted to this through direct feedback with comprehensible information and suggestions for alternative, safer behaviours.
Our training material is broken down into short, well-motivated modules, combining necessary information with illustrations, and takes between three and six minutes to complete. In this way, we aim to promote focused and active learning, using a combination of verbal and non-verbal learning materials.
