Nimblr Administrator roles

Nimblr Administrators can have different administrative rights in the Nimblr system. Here's a description of the different roles:

For end-customers / organization administrators the following roles can be set:

Organization Administrator
This role may access all reports and statistics and have the options to add, delete and edit settings, groups and users.

Organization Administrator (Read Only)
This role may access all reports and statistics but have no option to change any settings, groups or users.

For Resellers / Partners the following roles can be set:

Reseller Administrator (Account owner)
This role may add, delete and edit reseller adminstrators, change license types, access license data, create and access customers and customer administrators. access all reports and statistics, add, delete and edit settings, groups and users.

Reseller Administrator
This role may change license types, access license data, create and access customers and customer administrators. access all reports and statistics, add, delete and edit settings, groups and users.

Reseller Administrator (Read-Only)
This role may view license data, existing customers, all reports and statistics, settings, groups and users.
