How to find your Exchange Online Hostname

How do I find my Exchange Online hostname?

Your Exchange Online hostname is the MX record value listed under your registered domain in the Microsoft 365 admin portal. The Nimblr support team needs this hostname to re-route simulations directly to your Exchange Online tenant, bypassing any external email gateway or spam filter. Follow the steps below to locate it.

1. Go to the Microsoft 365 portal and sign in with your admin credentials.

2. Click Expand All > Settings > Domains and click the registered domain name in the list.

3. Click the DNS records tab. Locate the MX record row — the MX record value in that row is your Exchange Online hostname.

4. If the full value is not visible, click MX in the record list to expand the details. Copy the hostname value and provide it to the Nimblr support team so they can re-route simulations directly to your Exchange Online tenant.
