In Security Settings, you can enable MFA with SMS codes, enforce authentication via Microsoft, and decide whether reports should be sent to Administrators and Group Auditors who have not yet signed in or verified their Nimblr account.
You can find Security Settings in your Nimblr Admin Portal under Settings > Security.
By enabling Enable Microsoft Authorization Only for all administrators, the option to log in with email and password is removed for all administrators in your portal. If you have previously enabled MFA using SMS code, this feature will be disabled. The only way to sign in is by authenticating via Microsoft. Learn more about authentication via Microsoft here.
By enabling Enable Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) using SMS code for all administrators, all administrators in your portal will receive an SMS with a one-time code to sign in. Ensure that all your administrators have a valid phone number registered before activating this feature. This feature cannot be combined with Enable Microsoft Authorization Only for all administrators.
By enabling Allow sending email reports to unverified administrators, you allow monthly usage reports to be sent to Administrators and Group Auditors who have not yet verified themselves by signing in to the portal or did never set a password.
