The frequency of simulations is dynamic - the average is two simulations per month - but it is influenced by both dynamic processes and scientific data, where user behavior at both individual and group level (e.g. group settings, course participation, historical click rate) is weighed against evidence-based findings on learning, motivation, readiness for change and knowledge decay. A too high frequency may generate stress in the end-user wich correlates negatively with security awareness.
A higher frequency than standard may be applied on request, but it’s not recommended as multiple items and logic within the training program (such as course reminders, booster courses etc.) is dependent on the default simulation frequency.
